Hi, Am trying this as need to do something and this is one of the few diet options I haven't tried before. To be fully accurate my name should probably be Newstart-yet-again.. but hopefully this time. I aim to lose 77 lbs so at an average of 2lbs per week that should be about 39 weeks... so end of November ish..
The reasons for doing this:
I gave up smoking ( 1 year in April) and now need to address the eating that took its place.
I don''t want to be fair, fat and 50 - and only one of these can be changed unless I include wearing a wig which is cheating!
I want to avoid diabetes.
I want to do more than slump in front of the TV
When I weigh less I feel better.
So that's me!
