Hi! I'm a 23 year old living in southeastern VA (near the ocean). I'm 160 pounds, the heaviest I've been in my life although I know it's not "heavy" in most people's minds. I think it's due to my chain of smoking cigarettes, quitting, picking it up again, quitting again, and all the overeating I've been doing because of it. I quit again two days ago and have been watching my portion sizes and adding fruits/veggies to every meal. I will be getting my gym membership when I get paid next week and also have a gym at my school I plan to use Tuesdays and Thursdays. I want to get down to 125-130, the weight I felt most comfortable, using portion control, healthier eating habits, and exercise.
