I've started cooking regularly for myself in order to know exactly what it is I am eating but lately I have been getting bored with the same routine 10-15 recipes, I want something new to try, do any of you have staple recipes you enjoy that are unique that you would be willing to share? Thanks!

Have you tried zucchini lasagna? Just replace the noodles. Chicken tortilla soup is one of my favs, buffalo cauliflower bites, Asian lettuce wraps with chicken or ground turkey.....0

OH! I saw the zucchini one on youtube but chicken tortilla soup sounds amazing! do you use a specific recipe you could link?0 -
This is becoming a staple for me. I eat it with rice which you could probably replace with quinoa or any other side
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/curried-honey-mustard-chicken/detail.aspx
I cut down the portions as follows:
Boneless skinless chicken thighs: 1lb
Honey: 80 calories
Dijon mustard 28g/calories
Light butter: 2 tbsp/100 calories
2-4 teaspoons of curry
Marinating time anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight
I get many of my recipes from the allrecipes.com app. They have this "in season" front page that I browse and save whichever recipes I think I might want to make, then modify as I need to0 -
I cook all the time so I will add a few if you want more, you can always message me
-Escarole/Spinach/Tuscan Kale (either) with chicken sausage and cannelini beans (I have heard that Ellie Krieger has a fantastic healthy recipe)
my husband likes it with pasta, i enjoy it as a 'soup' with extra homemade stock
-Chicken with Artichokes,Roasted Peppers, and Green Olives
-Second that Tortilla Soup
-Homemade Chicken broth with Spinach, rice, and chicken meatballs
I would check out SKINNYTASTE.COM

Here is a quickie;
Grab some real pita bread like the Syrian stuff the whole wheat ones should be 130 cals per pita, jam that sucker full of baby spinach throw a few dill pickles and hot peppers in there and some roasted red pepper turkey breast from your local deli and you have yourself a super fast meal for around 175-195 cals total0 -

Fish Taco's!! I buy Frozen Battered fish (cook according to package), corn tortillas, Pico de gallo, cabbage...YUMMMM
I use pinterest for a lot of my recipes. I have been cooking for my family for 26+ years and I still like to find new recipes for them.0 -
These http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/04/healthy-baked-chicken-nuggets.html are fantastic. I make my own Italian breadcrumbs with http://www.food.com/recipe/italian-breadcrumbs-206196 .
Though normally I end up using the whole cup of breadcrumbs with a couple of large chicken fillets, not the 6 tablespoons they specify.
I have them with sweet potato fries (cut sweet potato into fries, lightly spray with oil and coat with salt, pepper and paprika and bake with the nuggets.)0 -

Anything from:
www.skinnytaste.com
www.ohsheglows.com
www.chocolatecoveredkatie.com
I usually go to one of these sites and pick a random recipe based on the ingredients that I have on hand. My favorite right now is pineapple upside down pancakes.
