Hello everyone I had joined this to track my progress and count calories. I recently graduated with my MS in Psychology which kept me rather busy.Joined in May of 2013 but didn't keep coming back. For a while there I would lose 6 to 7 pounds and the next time I'd weigh it was back. I have lost 10 pounds since my last weigh in whenever that was and am hoping to continue downward. It is a little difficult to get proper exercise as I am still recovering from having my right foot completely surgically rebuilt due to a bunion and 2 dislocated hammer toes and another hammer toe. If you notice a bunion forming take care of it quick. The longer you put it off the more invasive and extensive the correction becomes. Hoping I keep coming in and logging meals and exercise. I so want to become fitter and regain optimal health...:happy:
