I made my original post in the wrong spot, but I do have a question! Does anyone else have any issues with body weight exercises affecting their health? I have migraines, a lot of body weight exercises ( don't have the money for equipment or a gym membership, so this seems like the best option) make my head start pounding if my head gets too far below my body. Does that make any sense?
