For me, it's Dynomite by Taio Cruz and DJ's Got Us Falling In Love Again by Usher.

The beats for both are great for walking and they really put a pep in my step.

    Cheers,

I absolutely require upbeat music for my work out, and it's usually something I've held in my heart for ages, or something I just heard on the radio. For instance, Spice Girls melds perfectly with Kesha, no matter what anyone says. I also have a lot of MIKA on my playlist and some of the more upbeat, dance-y songs from Glee. I danced for 30 minutes straight last night thanks to my amazing mix! Hope that helps.

I love playing Kesha, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus (yes Miley, I can't get enough of Can't be tamed). Also various songs by Amberlin, Elvis, Pat Benatar...Bon Jovi, Frankie Avalon and more that I can't recall off the top of my head.
