Protein and Fiber Powders

I am trying to find ways to keep me full longer and I know a lot of people say to eat a lot of protein and fiber. I have seen people mention using protein and fiber powders. What's your experience with them? Do they make you feel full? Are they worth it? If so what ones do you recommend and how do you use them? Thanks in advance.

  • I like to use them for breakfast or lunch at work if I don't have time to make anything. I have used Garden of Life Raw Meal which is really good. All natural plant protein and you can buy it on Amazon. I currently drink Shakeology as well. It is a little more expensive but costs about $4.00 a serving for 30 days so it really balances out.
