Good info ladies! I'm not the original poster but I am feeling much better, making sure to get my vitamins and luckily I live in Arizona so there's never a shortage of sunshine but I understand I_wanna_b's comment, I feel the lack of sunshine when I travel to Northern states.........so true and if anyone feels this talk to your doctor, there is a light you can use in your house to help ease this problem!!
