LESSON LEARNED.....
so here i am putting my pear on the scale, bcaa and creatine for my shake and as i was pouring my protein powder the bloody scale turned off..... FUAAAARRRKKKK.... im doomed....... lol... im sitting here now as i am writing this sipping on my shake with no idea how much protein powder i put... do i cry about it... maybe 2 years ago, life goes on and after this shake im going to bust my *kitten* in the gym and hope everything levels out.... lesson of the post... dont stress too much on simple minor things, in the end consistency will prevail, track your macros, do your exercise/cardio.... get shredded.....period.
