Too many supplements and scams, all it takes is a calorie deficit.

Figure out your tdee, -20% eat that and make sure to weigh everything.

    Voila weight loss.

If the herbalife is more calories than you burn, then it will make you gain weight. You should probably just eat real food and stay under your allotted calories.

Hi Buttnugget. It's a bit too soon to tell if you're gaining, but a good rule of thumb is that if you consume more calories than you expend, you'll be gaining weight over time.
  • If you are running everyday then it has to be what you are consuming. Optifast is real good, but you need to measure everything so use Myfitnesspal it's great for helping you realise what's going on. Balanced diet. Do cheat and leave out snacks you are only cheating ur self, alcohol is also sneaky count everything.

I have been following the Herbalife plan faithfully since July 2013 and have lost 60 lbs. Did your coach tell you how many calories to eat and how much protein to aim for? Even though you are replacing two of your meals with healthy shakes, you still have to make sure you are maintaining your calorie and protein goals.

In for just eating healthy, exercising, and watching your calories.
  • I don't have a fitness coach but how do you take your herbalife? If you don't mind sharing
