Does boxed Mac & Cheese dry nutrition include the cheese?

Quite possibly a stupid question as always but, does the "dry mix" nutrition include the sacket of cheese? Or do they only add it into the prepared nutrition?

    The unprepared figures include the cheese packet but not the milk and butter that it says to add to prepare it.
