how does everyone feel about rice noodles? i usually only eat whole grains and i limit them to the morning when i need the energy. from what i can tell they are pretty unhealthy but i do like them in soup. waaahhhh. lol... everything in moderation, i know. but does anyone eat them regularly and still loose weight? thanks in advance...

I love rice noodles. Eat them a lot. Esp when we go to shabu or other asian restaurants. Still losing weight. Eat them, fit them in your macros, and move on.0

I'm Chinese so it's pretty hard for me to avoid rice-based foods (I live with my parents and don't cook often lol). I just eat in moderation and try to fill up on meats and veggies, rather than noodles.0

The best advice I have for rice noodles is follow the cooking directions and don't over cook - they aren't as forgiving as wheat pasta. To me it all tastes the same.0

Ate rice noodles for breakfast every morning (Pho) when I spent some time in Vietnam.......Some of the most nutritious and tasty foods were in those bowls....I miss them.:sad:0

I have them with grilled pork, cucumber, carrot, corriander and some nuoc cham.

Not to sound totally lost but what are Macros and how do I know what shudl eb in them. I'm interested in the rice noodles because I'm a pasta girl but was recently diagnosed as gluten sensitive so if Rice noodles arenot soemthing that is totally going to trash my carbs (I can totally do the moderation thing! just need new options) please provide advice0
