My weight loss/progress

I wasn't VERY fat before, but I wasn't confortable with my body.
I had been on and off diets/working out for about 3 years, when I finally decided to focus on my goals and on achieving them.


So for about 2 months I've been eating very well without depriving myself and I've been exercising 4 times a week, 30-45 minutes. (I combine the 7minute workout 3-5times with some videos from a fitness youtuber named blogilates(CHECK HER OUT SHE'S AMAZING!!!!!)). I also run 3 miles 3 times a week :happy:
