Hey everyone!
I have been on MFP for quite some time but I always fall off and go back to my extremely bad eating habits. I always had an excuse, Im in nursing school, I have a 5 year old but now my son is going to kindergarden and I finished nursing school! Im looking to start with 20 lbs but really need to loose 40! so anyone in a similar situation feel free to add, I really enjoy finding new ideas of eating.

The fact you have a 5 year old can actually help your chances. Make a rule for yourself: Don't eat anything that you wouldn't feed your son. Go outdoors and do some fun activities too. You are lucky because in a way, you are not just losing weight for yourself, you are losing it for your family. Now that's some great motivation.0
