Weight Gain???

I was 188.0 on December 22. I had lost 48 pounds since starting here. I traded in an old elliptical towards a new one. The angle is a bit different and it took about a week and a half to get the feel and rhythm of it. I do 75 minutes (usually 1250 calories; not on the machine, but that's what I figured out from various sites calorie calculators using height, weight, speed, distance, model of machine). I also started doing very light weights. I have a bad neck so I cannot use weights in my work out like I used to. I was told no more than 15 mins once a week or I could further damage the muscles and nerves that they have worked on.

Here we are February 20 and I am at 193.0. My caloric intake has not changed dramatically. I am usually under 5 days a week and slightly over 2 (same as it has always been), I am still working out 5 days a week. Where did this extra weight come from? I have read this can be normal when changing exercises and/or machines but only for the first week or two. I measure my waist weekly and the inches is still the same. I do not notice any extra muscle so I am stumped.

Only other change I have had recently was that due to a change in my work schedules I rarely get 7-8 hours of sleep except on weekends and unfortunately it is usually between 5.5-6. My exercise schedule usually looks like this (I do alternate the length weekly, but only by give or take 5-10 minutes)

Day 1: 75 mins of elliptical; 450-500 crunches
Day 2: 65 Minutes Zumba; 500-600 crunches
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: 75 mins of elliptical; 500-600 crunches
Day 5: 60 Mins Zumba; 450 Crunches
Day 6 :Light Weights; 400 crunches
Day 7: Rest

-Repeat-

Any one have any insight on what is up? I have had weight fluxgate before, but it always goes back to normal except this time.
