check out this website... www.greenmonstermovement.com I work crazy hours too. I have 2 jobs. My friend, who is a hollistics wellness counselor (and lost a lot of weight the good ole fashioned way) turned me on to the spinach smoothie. Sounds digusting, but it's not and I don't like veggies. This is a very quick and easy way to get in nutrients. Depending on how you make it and what you add, it can range 100-350 calories. Go for the "virgin monster" first, it's easiest. I use almond milk and frozen fruit...that way I don't have to spend time cutting it. One word of warning....I haven't had success premaking them for later. They tend to separate.
