how much should i eat? -_-

i am a 20yr old female, height 5'0 and weight 126lbs.. i want to get down to 110 and then maybe 100 but if i feel satisfied in between i will stop..
okay so here goes my question.. i was eating 1500 calories and exercising 6days a week.. my bmr was 1300 and tdee around 2000.. i didnt ate back my exercise calories.. i was fine.. but the only problem was i couldnt lose any weight.. then i try to drop my calories to 1350 and not eating my exercise calories back again.. two days with that drop and i already feel dead.. soo nope not right approach again.. now i dont know what to do.. some say to eat back my exercise calories.. fine, i will i have no eating disorder but my problem is that i cannot find anything healthy to eat.. oranges give me sore throat so i cannot eat them more than once a day.. other options include white bread, eggs , biscuits etc.. i try to avoid all of these i know these are bad in excess.. however i dont want to eliminate them from my diet because i know that wont be long lasting.. (not talking about egg being unhealthy, but c'mon who can eat more than one egg a day.. doesnt fit my budget).. WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET THIS FREAKING WEIGHT OFF :(( ..

No problem with eggs, good start to the day.

At 5'-0" you're just inside the healthy BMI range and 110 would be in the middle of it so a reasonable goal.

0.5 lbs/week or a 250 calorie deficit per day would be appropriate for a modest loss like that.

You say you were eating 1500 and not losing anything despite exercising. If that's all accurate and 100% truthful then 1500 was your TDEE according to the calorie model of weight loss. Going to 1350 was logical although if you found it a massive problem the type of foods were an issue. An open diary would help see what you're eating etc.

Try to get 70g of protein = 280 calories, 60g of fats / oils and the balance as carbs. White bread isn't a nutritious food, nor are biscuits. Think meat / fish / cheese / eggs with salad and/or vegetables.

Backing off the exercise to every other day is another consideration, it is possible to over-exercise and inhibit weight loss although that doesn't fit the calorie model too well.
  • eating disorder is very unhealthy matter. first of all you should avoid to excess intake of food. and try to take some nutritional substance to get body fitness.
