I need some help...

I have a very hard time keeping my protein higher than my carbs. I try to do this more times than not. It just seems like the only way I can do it is if I just have a protein shake after my workouts. Or eat a ton of eggs.

Can you guys please help me figure out some meals that are balanced or higher protein than carb?

I'm not sure why you would want your protein to be higher than carbs? oh, you mean actual grams?

Heya - I have the opposite problem, my protein is always much higher than my carbs! I eat a lot of spinach, eggs, nuts and oily fish (like salmon, yum!) all of which keep my protein high - my diary is public if you want to check it out for some more protein ideas :)

nuts are always a good source of protein, I eat peanut butter and apples, almonds with coconut, and I put roasted nuts on my salads and fruit and yogurt.
  • one yummy work QUINOA!!

Also, nuts, chicken, fish, yogurt, cheese, milk (can you say low fat latte?)

I swear protein is why I am losing well and feeling full in the meantime! Good luck!!
