Hi, I am about to turn 56 years old. Went through menopause early at age 45. I am petite at 5"2' and weigh 128 lbs today. I know that doesnt sound overweight but my ideal wieght when i feel my best is about 120-123 and at my height those few extra pounds sit right on my middle creating that dreaded menopot or muffin top. I carry the weight no where else. I do absolutely everything that experts advise. I stay at 1200-1100 calories per day, eating only healthy foods that include veggies, fruits, nuts lean protein. I drink water continuously. I am taking Garcinia cambogia to help which i just started this week. I excercise daily anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour and i do strength training as well. I have NEVER had a problem shedding a few pounds until now. I honestly dont know what else to do!! I am losing my motivation now because I feel like im killing myself and the weight or the waist is not budging. Can anyone tell me anything else that might work? Help me to stay motivated even when the wieght is not coming off? Thanks.
