Hello everyone!
I moved from Dallas Texas to Albuquerque New Mexico about 13 years ago. I wore a 29 waist jeans (glad I took pictures). Before the end of my marriage, I saw a video of me teaching my oldest son how to ride a bike. I looked at myself and thought “Did I gain that much weight?”. I went from the 130s to 194 in 13 years (at height 5’11). I joined weight watchers and got back down to 165. I have relocated back to Texas (maybe to stay) and I am now back at 194 but this time with high blood pressure. I am making some major life style changes and I am determined to get my weight back down and be healthy and medication free (not on any meds yet). I saw several posts that I wanted to respond to but didn’t due to time constraints. Hope to chat with some of you on this site.

Welcome to a world of change. There are a ton of people here who can and will help you in any way that you need. Stay motivated and stay positive. What part of Texas...I have family outside of Dallas in Decatur and I also have family down in San Antonio!
  • I work in North Dallas, at coit and LBJ. I am staying near Hillsboro, south of Dallas between Dallas and Waco, out in the country. I have my boys in a small town school, which I prefer over Dallas schools.

Wow, you did well ! From 230 to 160! Did you use this website from 230 to 160?
