stomach illness/food poisoning and food log entry?

OK, here is the weirdest and grossest question I've ever asked in my entire life - should I bother logging food that I threw up?
I went to a restaurant last night and felt fine, but within 30 minutes of getting home I threw it everything up, threw up again about 2 hours later, and threw up this morning. I feel like absolute crap today and have the worst headache I've had in ages - I clearly ate something that didn't agree with me, but I don't know what was the culprit because my friends and I ordered a bunch of different dishes and shared everything. I'm choking down ginger tea and plain rice right now just so I don't pass out.
Last night's food - to log, or not to log?

Forget about logging until your health returns to normal. Forget about exercise until then too.0
