T-25

Hi! I am planning on starting T-25 Monday (I've only had the program SIX months...) and I've been walking 30 minutes a day at 3.5. I plan on doing the T-25 and still walking for 30 minutes...

My question is what would I log T-25 as in cardio?? I plan on getting a HRM also. Thanks in advance!

  • If you're getting a heart rate monitor, you can make your own exercise name. I just put in the name of the video (ex: T25 Speed 1.0), and put in your calories burned.
