Hi everyone! I am a 34 yr old mom to a 7 year old daughter. I've never been "skinny", I guess I was always unhappy with my weight but due to certain happenings this past year I have begun to gradually put on more and more weight. I have also come to realize that my eating habits and Diet Pepsi habit have to change for me to change. I'm hoping to lose at least a minimum of 60 pounds to be at a healthy weight. Don't really have a support team around me here so I am turning to this online approach for encouragement and help. Just putting it out there... but my goal by the end of next week is to be totally off of drinking soda all together.
