I have a modelling gig in a week, got on the scales today and i've gained 2lbs, doesn't sound loads but it's a real knock to the confidence. I really don't agree with crash diets but how much visable weight can be lost in a week?

What about some sort of sea weed wrap?....Go to a spa and I think basically it compacts the fat...so you loose inches......It isn't perament but it should do the trick for your gig then later you can loose the pounds safely.0

Sounds like your holding water. White flour and refined sugar cause bloating so if you stay away from those the next couple of days you should have a nice flat tummy. Eating certain foods such as fresh vegtables, pinnapple, grapefruit, asparagus will help you lose water. I'm pretty sure if you google it you will get a more accurate list of these foods.0

Not fat weight ! You probably gained some water weight. Try adding pure lemon juice to a couple of bottles of water a day. See if that helps. Eat clean clean clean.0
