Changing goal weight?

How many times have you changed your goal weight? I went in and changed mine this morning with 2 pounds to go to where it had been set. I figured if I have lost 38 pounds then I can lose the 6 more I need to get to the bottom of my ideal weight range. Am I the only one who has done this? I almost have a fear of going in to maintenance because the thought of increasing my calories scares me. I'm happy right now in my grilled chicken and spinach comfort zone!

My original goal was 120, then 115, then 110, then 105. Im happy at 105, but wouldn't mind 100, lol.

Lowering your goal weight because you are afraid of food isn't "healthy"

I changed it a few times, always lower. But this time it's lowered because on a very low carb diet 5-10 pounds isn't real weight loss anyway, it's water weight loss due to no longer having stored glycogen. So really I'm just trying to get back to a nice, healthy 110 pounds of real weight.

I briefly lowered it (from 120 to 110) and then changed it back because based on current body fat numbers and looks (at around 125) I decided I wasn't sure I really wanted to go much below 120. I'm going to just play it by ear once I get there and probably switch to more of a focus on maintaining plus strength building (which I've started, but with a deficit now).

I guess I don't consider goal numbers super important, but that I keep a focus on improving fitness in some way.

At 5'5, I'd worry that you are having a problem with stopping for some reason.
