help setting up Nutritional Goals

how to calculate your Daily Nutritional Goals including sodium and stuff so i can adjust mine. i am going back to work monday and i work in a factory where i am on my feet for 8 to 10 hours. so i need to redo my Daily Nutritional Goals. I need help. i been looking it all morning and onlny found this info. 1610 calories total fat 45g, sat fat 18g, transfat 0, cholesterol 300mg, sodium 1500mg, carbs 181g, diet fiber 25g, sugars 72g, protein 46g, water 91oz. that is what i found but dont know if its right. my thyroid doctor suggest a mediterranean diet but i cant find nothing for the info like i just gave for it. what is your opinion of the diet of the Daily Nutritional stuff. and what is your ratio and info if it is working for you. i need help and am lost on this I also still plan on exercising 5 days a week for 30 to a hour. i am 33 years old and weight 231.4 and want to get to my recommended body weight which is 141 pounds.
