How would someone figure out how much to eat while on bed rest?

    I'd eat 100 calories over my BMR or something. Wouldn't even cross my mind to try and lose weight, frankly... Would just try to maintain.

    Then why would you only eat 100 cals over BMR? Why not eat your TDEE?
