Now THAT ought to do it!

I've been running for several years and I currently run 2 miles, 3X per week at 6 mph or faster (usually faster).
I just started the 100 pushup and 200 situp programs.
Now it looks like I'm going to be doing Tae Kwon Do 2X week in a family class.

I know there is such thing as too much exercise but I don't think I'm even close.

I hear from people ALL the time that I exercise too much and I am frankly quite sick of it. I say if you feel good and are healthy then go for it. I do weights/strength training and the elliptical for 6 miles on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tues, Thurs and Sat I run anywhere from 4 to 6 miles a day. I also do 800 crunches 6 days a week and on my weight days I do 120 reverse incline situps also. I feel great and my cardio is through the roof. Just had my annual physical and my labs were way way better than they were two years ago. I feel great too...

Just listen to your body. If its tired , rest. Meaning if its more tired than the normal "kick me into gear, I don't feel like doing this today" tired... ;-)

Generally speaking issues arise due to people under eating, not over exercising. As long as you fuel your workouts you'll be fine!

Not even close yet, especially as you've been running for a while (there was an article last year in Runners World about a guy just finishing a 45 year streak).

If you mix up your activities (ie varying intensity and impact) and aren't working out like you're trying to make the Olympics the risk of overtraining is, at best, nominal.

Between running, rowing, riding & strength training I'm doing something every day (and I need to get swimming in there soon as tri season starts soon) for at least an hour or two; it's rare for me to take a day off completely.
