NOT ALWAYS A QUICK FIX. YEAR 7!

I have been overweight my entire life. From the moment I stepped on the scale at 10 and saw 100 lbs, I went on a "diet". Of course, I wasnt serious until I was serious.
I have made a serious lfiestyle change to eat better and workout since 2011. While it is my overall goal to be within the "normal" BMI, I realize that with certain food addictions and disorders, it doesnt always happen right away.

Yes you heard and I said it. I can admit that I have a food addiction that is being delt with as we speak. Well, up until last year - I was in denial.

I have fallen several times and continue to get back up. I have a strong addiction to sweet carbs (cheescake, donuts, pastries muffins) but I tell you one thing: I WILL NEVER GIVE UP ON ME.
