Injured myself showing off with pullups

Options
So I decided to show off my new-found powers to my wife by snapping off a few pullups. Unfortunately on the second rep I felt a tear in my right shoulder. Upon examination, I had completely torn off my right arm.

I'm thinking about increasing my brain intake to help recovery from this grievous injury. I don't want to get bulky but I do want to stop this advanced state of decomposition. And maybe get a little toned, lol. Any ideas?

Read "Natural Cures" by Kevin Trudeau. A classic.

I suggest starting by taking the large amount of derp found on some of the forums! Those brains won't be missed.

I think you should just learn to live with the fact that all of your muscle is going to rot and fall eventually.

I was going to suggest squats and deadlifts.

I must spend entirely too much time around toddlers..... I was trying to figure out why a grown man would be showing off his Pull-Ups.
