Is there an app for that?

I played around with kettle bells a little at the gym today. I didn't really know what to do with them (just a few moves I saw someone else doing) but it got me wondering if there's an app for my Iphone I can download that can help me give me new ideas for the gym. Something that might create a personalized gym workout for me with a 'how-to' section? I've kind of always stuck to the same routine, but I'm ready to step outside of my comfort zone a little. The equipment, resistant bands, balls, kettle bells.... I'm a beginner to everything that's not a treadmill or elliptical so I thought it'd be handy to have something I could reference right there with me while I work out. Any recommendations?

Just search on the app store, there's one called 'kettlebell 360' that is free and shows step by step workouts. There's a bunch that will pop up for any type of equipment and you're sure to find something!0
