Why am I so tired in the morning!

Happy Friday everyone! So I am just full of asking for input today! Already have one post in food and nutrition. I am putting this one in here cause it has nothing to do with staying healthy and losing weight. So I have always been a person who loves sleep! I am that person that hits snooze until I have just enough time to get up and get ready for work. Sometimes I even cut it so short I am right on time or late. So I am seeing what I can do or what I am not doing to maybe put some pep in my step in the mornings. I get about 6 hours or more of sleep a night. I also really want to start working out in the morning before work which would be mean getting up between 430am and 500am. It’s the only time on the week days I have to do it. So far I have been very unsuccessful! So if you can suggest anything I would greatly appreciate it! :flowerforyou:

Try getting more sleep. Your body may need more than what you're giving it.

First, you need a comfortable sleeping environment. Also, sounds as if you would like to change your current behavior pattern. The only thing stronger than habit is.......... habit. You need a strong enough why to assist in changing your behaviors, and constant reminders of why.

As I understand it, creating a new habit only takes a few weeks of repetition. You can do anything for three weeks if you have a strong enough why... Right?!?
