Calves are sore...

Ive been jogging/walking every day now for about 40 mins for the last two weeks. My calves have been sore for almost a week now. But they are only sore when I run or go up stairs. Not when walking. Anyone know when this will stop or should I do something that might help?

    running for 40 minutes for 14 days straight isn't a good idea and will result in sore body parts. take a few days off. check your running shoes and form.
