tracking burned calories

How do I accurately track calories that I burn doing daily activities and while at the gym if the machines are calibrated for a person who weighs 150 lbs., which I don't?

Purchase a heart rate monitor. I am using the Polar FT7 and love it! You'll get a more accurate burn than the generic readouts from gym machines. I picked mine up from heartratemonitorsusa.com for about $75.

If possible, invest in a heart rate monitor (one that has a chest strap will give you more accurate readings).

It's the internet, not a mind readers convention.

    What machines?

What are you doing on the machines?

    How much do you weigh?

    How fit are you?

    Etc etc etc.
