Getting back on track!

Hello!

I am so glad to have found this site, it is just what I need right now!

I am 31 years old, female. 5'4" and 167 lbs. I have gained approximately 20 lbs in the last 2-3 years due to sedentary lifestyle and eating lots of junk!

Today is day 5 of getting back on track and I am thrilled to be doing so.
A few things I have started this week:
-exercising every day (either a 20-30 minute cardio video or brisk walk)
-stretching after exercising
-taking the stairs instead of the elevator
-getting off the bus a few stops early so I can walk a bit
-limiting sugar
-limiting junk food
-eating more real food especially veggies
-avoiding food that has ingredients I don't know what they are
-drinking more water
-cutting back on diet coke

I am excited about these changes and I feel better already! I hope to find support (and be supportive) here!
