In the course of your lifetime, how many lbs have you lost??

So I am watching this documentary on youtube. its from HBO called The weigh of the nation- Choices (Part 2)
They asked a panel of overweight but dieting people this question. I really thought about it. I can honestly say that I have lost over three hundred if you add it up altogether. I swear this time is the last time and I will be maintaining. So add it up.. what is your total? :drinker: :blushing:

    between just my 2 pregnancies and the big loss in college i'm already at 193 :embarassed: if i counted all the ups and downs over the last 15 years it's easily another 150+. yikes!!

    I think it helps put things into perspective when we think of how we have lost and gained the same dam weight throughout our years. glad I am not the only one. oh lord I didn't even count my pregnancy weights. bet my total is way up there :drinker:
