Since im lower in weight around 113-115 i am on day three and man do i feel different already my abs look awesome already and my hipbones sticking out again. Though i tried on my shorts and they fit tighter than before but is that just retaining water in muscles. I havent exercised like this in over a year health issues and i dont use weights cause i dont wanna gain a ton of muscle i used water bottles for two of em but like im gonna try my shorts on at day 10 i was kinda discouraged it said i gained this morning to 115 so idk i think i also have a thyroid disorder so im am gonna purchase some Thyroid complex stuff
