Do you have cable television? You might look at the fitness channels because those would be FREE! I have Comcast cable, and we have a section called "On Demand." Within the On Demand channels is one devoted to fitness and exercise. I can do Tae Bo, Biggest Loser workouts, Firm workouts, about 40 to choose from and all come with my Basic Cable.

Oh really??? I'll have to check, I see Yoga on the Satellite but it's never on at a good time. Although my baby girl likes to do yoga too hehehe. She's a pro at Down Dog and Cobra.

Thanks for the link to http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos. i really want to mix it up, but don't want to spend money on a dvd that's cheesy.

Other recommendations like Zumba, turbo Jam, Belly booty Ballet??? any of those good.

I love love love TaeBo with Billy Blanks. The videos are a little more expensive but usually come with bands or some exercise tool to use with it. You get results fast and he's so inspirational. Any age group can do it!!

Have you thought about getting a projogger, or mini trampoline. I have one and it's awesome. It's really gentle on all of your joints.

I just mainly do jogging and some other moves, I need to find a workout dvd for it too.

They have them all over even Walmart carries them. I got mine for $12 it was marked down 50% off at the Sears Clearance Center.

I've been streaming workout videos on Netflix, and I've been enjoying the Crunch series a lot. They seem to have really good instructors and are a nice length and good balance between ease and challenge. Same with the Self Magazine videos. I really like "Your Best Butt, Fast' - seriously works those glutes!

It looks like you can get a lot of them used for just a couple of bucks on Amazon.

And for stretching - LOVE Sara Ivanhoe's gentle yoga videos. She's great to watch and listen to - good for the mental/emotional and physical aspects both. She's just matter of fact and encouraging, not..mm...too spiritual, KWIM?
