Has anyone used lemon water and green tea to assist in weight loss, does it help improve results?

I just started drinking leamon water a little over a week ago... Havent seen any wieght loss but damn sure makes me feel better.0

i drink them both, along with apple cider vinegar, i started when i starting eating better and working out so i cant say if any of them work or not but they taste fantastic and cant hurt, right?0

Thanks for reminding me. My blood pressure is a problem and I have read green tea lowers risk of high blood pressure, so maybe it will also help lower it?? I am ready to try it.0

Not sure about the lemon water, but I do feel that green tea really helps to flush out extra water weight!0

Yes, I love lemon water, green tea, and apple cider vinegar. All seem to help me curb my appetite a bit, give me more energy, and reduce water retention.0
