Hello,
I have been doing insanity workout and coming Monday I am about to start the second month. Currently eating up to 1900 calories. I want to know about the meal intervals. Due to the nature of my work, I tend to eat 400*3 meals and one large meal, mostly my lunch is around 600 to 700 which has the calories coming mostly from protein, Is that okay to have such large meal as it would be difficult to split that into two meal(which would be ideal) due to my work schedule. Will this affect my results? Please advice!

Meal timing is not necessary to lose weight. All you need is a caloric deficit. You can eat all 1900 calories in two meals if you'd like. I lost the majority of my weight eating two large meals daily and skipping breakfast -- Leangains intermittent fasting. Eat your meals in the most convenient way for you!0
