Hello MFP'ers!

I'd been lurking on the boards reading numerous threads re: TDEE,BMR,EXERCISE/ACTIVITY etc after an extended period of not taking my WL and fitness seriously. Thanks to the amazing amount of info you guys have provided, I upped my exercise and cals over the past week and the result has made me incredibly happy : :bigsmile:

WL: 4lbs

Inches lost:

Thigh: 1 inch
Hips: 1 inch
Waist: .5 inch
Bicep(bingo wings): 1.5 inches
