Morning, ladies!
Today is housework day, followed by (hopefully) finishing the current writing project.
I'm almost finished reading "In Defense of Food", which I bought ages ago, and then had to put down for required reading's sake. It's a great re-charge to my eating habits.
And, I'm getting extra walking in, as our public transit is on strike here! NO bus for me. . . I'm really hoping they're back soon, as we have one car and I don't like to drive it. . .especially since I paid $1.40 a litre for gas yesterday (4 litres to a gallon, OUCH!)
Happy Sunday!:flowerforyou:

"Eat food, not too much, mostly plants." Pollan is great for when you start slipping towards twinkies. He said his next book wouldn't be about food. Should be interesting. Maybe we should compare book lists sometime.
Anyway, yesterday made it through the 3 hours of yoga. I was completely drained. I don't think from the yoga as much as not getting enough sleep. I went for a walk yesterday afternoon and that woke me right up.
Haven't decided on today. We have a beautiful week coming up, thank you cold front, before the heat really kicks in. I should focus on yard work because it will be 5 months before I want to go outside again. I might change my challenge this week to include yard work, hmmm, that might be a really good idea.0
