MFP and BMR- Automatic?

Sorry if this is posted elsewhere, I tried to do a search! Does MFP automatically recalculate your BMR to reflect your new daily caloric needs or does it stay the same from your initial SW? I would have to think it adjusts but wanted to be sure. Thanks!

    at best it prompts you to recalculate after a certain weight loss. It isn't automatic. Re-run your Goals calculation.

    It will ask you to recalculate when you have lost 10lbs since the last time it was calculated.
