    I have 6 days left of the BURN phase! I'm loving it! I start PUSH on April 1st. So far I have lost 5.5 pounds and can deffinatlt see more definition and already am a bit leaner. I don't quite do the schedule...I don't do recharge and I add an extra day of burn it off. I also do my ab stuff on burn it off days =)

    Those are great results! Can't wait to start next week! I am doing one extra day of cardio and may only do one of the her cardio days if I get back to running again soon.
