working out 7 days a week and feeling the burn

Down 5 lbs in 1.5 weeks. ive been inline skating , planking, running, cycling, elliptical and i feel great. I need more friends on here. :)

Anyone want to be friends and motivate each other??

    Always up for more friends and motivation. It's not good to exercise 7 days a week though. You need to give yourself days in between to recover. As far as weight loss look at it this way, as long as it's coming off. Keep it up!!
