Hi Everyone, I am new to MFP and looking for friends.

I am a 54 year old male and have been using another app for years but have gotten fed up with their inability to keep up.

I like MFP because it integrates everything pretty well.

I need to lose 10 pounds but it's tough due to my work schedule and size (5'6")
