Is this a good diet?

So today I have had:

Fiber One Lemon Bar (not usually what I eat but there was nothing else)
Cod fish, Spinach, Portabella Mushroom, Broccoli, and a pinch of mozzarella cheese wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla for lunch
Kashi Chocolate Banana bar
Special K Chocolatey Strawberry
Whole milk
and for a snack later I will have 0% Greek yogurt with strawberries and 1tsp honey
For Dinner I will probably have another Cod Fish Wrap with all those ingredients listed above.

I don't know if this is at all a good diet but I've been trying hard to tweak it into something decent; it is also difficult since I am on a very tight budget. Please offer any suggestions!

  • If you enjoyed it and it was within your macro/calorie goal then yay! It all sounded yummy. I would personally add is some more veggies and fruit for snacks. Just make sure you're getting all the vitamins and minerals you need <3

    Does it meet your calorie and macros goals?
    Does it leave you full and happy??
    Does it meet your nutrition goals??

    If so then there is nothing wrong with it.
    If not, then you need to reevaluate.
  • It would be easier if you opened your diary. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with this diet, but we don't know your calorie goal or how much of each item you ate.
