Best way to cook fresh frozen vegetables

I got my Bountiful Basket this morning, and on the advice of some friends, bought some extra vegetables to freeze. I got a whole crate of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots that I par boiled, blanched and froze in individual servings. It took me five hours, but now My freezer is stuffed with sodium free frozen veg--so excited! My question is what is the best way to cook these vegetables now that they are frozen? I was wondering if I could just put them directly into my basket steamer frozen, or is there a better way?

Stir fries are great! Brown pretty much any meat and throw in your par-boiled veggies toward the end. Or layer with a light cheese sauce and some shredded cheese to make a gratin.0

Roast them with some olive oil/coconut oil and garlic Or I will second stir fry.0

Do you defrost them?0

I would slowly steam them from frozen. When you prepared them, did you steam them all the way through? I steam mine 3/4 of the time needed to cook them through and then freeze them.
By the way...I envy you. Love my freezer full of healthy veggies, but at the moment it is empty. I did my own almond butter, garlic butter and hummus today though, so enough cooking for a day!
Enjoy your food!

I also blanch and freeze veggies when on sale. I just take them directly from the freezer, weigh them, then dump them in the steamer for 2-3 minutes.0
