So my husband has been out to sea for 6 weeks and he is coming home tomorrow night!
He knows that I have been counting my calories and have been working out, and above his encouragement, he wants to do the same!!! Soooooo......I need a scrumdiddlyumptious dinner idea for his 1st night home!.....(something that won't scare him away from the idea of eating healthy :laugh: ) THANK YOU!

It's always great when the guys in our life take a page from our "healthy eating" book!
Sooooo, men typically love nachos, right? Here's an amazing recipe for HEALTHY nachos that are super yummy, too!
1 package boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 jar mild-medium salsa
1 can of black beans, drained
Tortilla Chips (or lettuce if you're being really good)
Shredded, Reduced Fat Cheese
Fat Free Greek Yogurt, Plain (opt.)
Cut the chicken breast into bit size pieces and brown in a frying pan. Add the full jar of salsa and the can of black beans. Simmer 15 minutes or so until the liquid begins to reduce. Serve over chips or lettuce topped with cheese and greek yogurt.
Enjoy! It's AMAZING and doesn't taste like "health food" at all!0 -
Woooo hooooo! Fish or chicken with fresh veggies steamed and rice. Spray butter with low to no cals, a bake the man some cookies for gosh sakes...lol....with splenda of course! Sooo happy for you!!!!0
