I am new here I dont normally post in forums but i thought what the heck. I need as much help and encouragement as I can. I have let myself go as I lost 4 stone 10 years ago and now fast forward to 2014 and I have put the 4 stone on plus another 3!!!!. I am 33 from the uk :-)
